Infor CloudSuite HR and payroll
Payroll is the part of an Infor project everyone notices when it goes wrong, because thousands of nurses notice on the same Friday. We've moved HR and payroll for a health system with more than 40,000 employees onto CloudSuite.
What we do
- Conversions into Infor Global HR (GHR) and CloudSuite payroll from Lawson 9 HR, Lawson 9 payroll and PeopleSoft HR
- Workforce Management integrations, including moves from on-premise WFM
- Reconciliation routines that compare old and new payroll results line by line before you go live
- IPA flows for new hires, changes and terminations, and ION connections to benefits and payroll vendors
- Security roles in Infor Security Services, so people see what their job needs
Where it usually goes wrong
Payroll conversions usually fail on details nobody wrote down, like an earning code that only applies to one bargaining unit, or a deduction that a vendor file quietly depends on. The way to find them is to run parallel payrolls and reconcile every difference, which is slow and is also the only way we know to be sure.
An example: Novant Health
After a merger, Novant Health was running Lawson, CloudSuite and an on-premise Workforce Management system side by side. We led the HR and payroll conversion for more than 40,000 employees onto CloudSuite, and the process redesign that came with it cut month-end close processing by 30%.
