More than 20 systems connected to Infor CloudSuite Healthcare, more than 25 IPA workflows, and CFO dashboards that went from two days to under three hours.
The Situation
The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is a nonprofit tribal health organization that serves Alaska Native and American Indian people across Alaska. It runs Infor CloudSuite Healthcare, which has to trade data every day with banks, payroll vendors, compliance tools and clinical systems.
Finance waited two days after each payroll for the numbers it needed.
What We Did
Integrations
- Integrated more than 20 upstream and downstream systems into Infor CloudSuite Healthcare
- Built the bank ACH files for payables and payroll, and the payroll reporting for the retirement plan
- Connected Sterling background checks and Navex conflict-of-interest disclosures
- Built FSM interfaces through Infor Clinical Bridge, including item master updates to the surgical system
Workflows
- Wrote more than 25 IPA workflows
- Moved the message traffic onto ION and a central Data Lake
Reporting and documents
- Rebuilt the replication sets and the Birst model behind the CFO's post-payroll dashboards
- Deployed Infor Document Management with Ephesoft for OCR and document intake
The Results
Finance now has its post-payroll numbers in under three hours instead of two days, and payments, background checks and disclosures run through IPA and ION.
